This single flute thread mill, also known as a single-point or single tooth thread milling cutter, is designed for precise CNC thread machining.
The single form thread mill, also referred to as a single-point thread milling cutter or single tooth thread milling tool, is engineered for accurate and flexible CNC thread machining. Unlike full-profile or multi-flute designs, this single form thread mill allows multiple thread sizes to be machined with one tool by adjusting the CNC program. It provides excellent chip evacuation, reduced cutting forces and high precision in internal and external thread milling applications.
